Who we are

What we collect
Account details (name, email, company, country, phone if you give it), partner applications (company and contact details you submit), the websites you ask us to assess and the results, orders and invoices, and security logs (sign-in times and IP addresses).
Why we use it
To provide the assessments you order (contract), to bill you and keep accounting records (legal obligation), to review partner applications (steps before a contract), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
Assessment data
We only assess websites whose owner has verified control. We make ordinary page requests and read public DNS records; we do not log in, submit forms or collect your visitors' personal data.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider in the EU, our email provider and our payment provider, each under a data processing agreement. Card details go straight to the payment provider; we never see them. We do not sell personal data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited also processes website usage data for us as described on the Cookies page.
How long we keep it
Account and report data while your account is open and for 12 months after it closes; invoices for the period accounting law requires; rejected partner applications for 12 months; security logs for 90 days at most. Backups are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and take it elsewhere. Most of this is available in your account settings. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Ireland the Data Protection Commission, in the Czech Republic ÚOOÚ).
